Text
1.No officer, agency or department of the state government, or of any political subdivision of this state shall enter into a contract with any person required to apply for a permit under the provisions of sections 643.010 to 643.190 unless such person has applied for or received a permit or has been granted a variance therefor pursuant to sections 643.010 to 643.190 .
2.No contract shall be entered into by any such governmental authority with any person who is in contempt of any court order enforcing the provisions of sections 643.010 to 643.190 .
