Text
1. Community water systems shall submit a report upon request of the department of natural resources that shall certify compliance with all regulations regarding:
(1)Water quality sampling, testing, and reporting;
(2)Hydrant and valve inspections under section 640.144 ; and
(3)Cyber security plans and policies, if required under section 640.142 .
2. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any state parks, cities with a population of more than thirty thousand inhabitants, a county with a charter form of government and with more than six hundred thousand but fewer than seven hundred thousand inhabitants, a county with a charter form of government and with more than nine hundred fifty thousand inhabitants, or a public service commission regulated utility with more than t
