Text
1.The public water system shall report to the department of natural resources the results of all tests required by the state drinking water regulations and shall report to each customer in accordance with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act, as amended, and regulations promulgated thereunder.
2.Any owner or operator of a public water system subject to the provisions of section 192.320 and sections 640.100 to 640.140 shall retain in its premises, or at a convenient location near its premises, for a period of time specified by the department of natural resources the following records: records of operation; records of bacteriological analyses; records of chemical and physical analyses made pursuant to section 192.320 and sections 640.100 to 640.140 ; records of action taken by the system
