Text
1.The "Department of Natural Resources Revolving Services Fund" is hereby created. All funds received by the department of natural resources from the delivery of services and the sale or resale of maps, plats, reports, studies, records, and other publications and documents, on paper or in electronic format, shall be credited to the fund. The director of the department shall administer the fund. The state treasurer is the custodian of the fund and may approve disbursements from the fund requested by the director of the department. When appropriated, moneys in the fund shall be used to purchase goods, equipment, hardware and software, maintenance and licenses, software and database development and maintenance, personal services, and other services that will ultimately be used to provid
