Text

1.  Within three hours of the time at which the respondent arrives at a mental health facility he or she shall:

(1)Be seen by a mental health professional or registered professional nurse; and
(2)Be given a copy of the application for initial detention and evaluation, a notice of rights pursuant to section 632.325 and a notice giving the name, business address and telephone number of the attorney appointed to represent him or her; and
(3)Be provided assistance in contacting the appointed attorney or an attorney of his or her own choosing, if so requested. 2.  Within eighteen hours after the respondent arrives at the mental health facility, he or she shall be examined by a licensed physician. 3.  Within forty-eight hours after the respondent arrives at the mental health facility,
