Text
1.Within thirty days after termination or such other time as the court may set, the receiver shall give the court a complete accounting of all property of which the receiver has taken possession, of all funds collected under section 630.772 and of the expenses of the receivership.
2.If the operating funds collected by the receiver under section 630.775 exceed the reasonable expenses of the receivership, the court shall order the payment of the surplus to the licensee. If the operating funds are insufficient to cover reasonable expenses of the receivership, the licensee shall be liable for the deficiency.
