Text
1.The department may inspect any residential facility or day program for persons described in section 630.705 at any time if a license has been issued to or an application for a license has been filed by the head of such facility or program. The department shall make or cause to be made at least one inspection per year. The department may make such other inspections, announced or unannounced, as it deems necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 630.705 to 630.760 . The department may delegate its powers and duties to investigate and inspect residential facilities and day programs licensed by it to determine compliance with all or part of its standards, to another governmental agency, where practicable, if the department feels such other agency is qualified to inspect and lice
