Text

1.Any person shall have the right to appeal to the administrative hearing commission from any decision made by the department of public safety under section 595.036 regarding such person's claim for compensation as provided in sections 595.010 to 595.075 .
2.Any person filing an appeal with the administrative hearing commission shall be entitled to a hearing before the commission.  The person shall file a petition with the commission within thirty days after the decision of the director of the department of public safety is sent in the United States mail or within thirty days after the decision is delivered, whichever is earlier.  The director's decision shall contain a notice of the person's right to appeal: "If you were adversely affected by this decision, you may appeal to the adm
