There is hereby created a volunteer task force, to be known as the "Quality Jobs Advisory Task Force", which shall consist of the chairperson of the economic development committee of the Missouri senate or his or her designee, a member of the economic development committee of the Missouri senate appointed by the minority leader of the Missouri senate, the chairperson of the economic development committee of the Missouri house of representatives or his or her designee, a member of the economic development committee of the Missouri house of representatives appointed by the minority leader of the Missouri house of representatives, the director of the department of economic development or his or her designee, and two members to be appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the se
