Text

1.There is hereby created in the state treasury the "Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission Fund".  The peace officer standards and training commission fund shall be administered by the peace officer standards and training commission.  Money in the fund shall be used solely for training required as provided in sections 590.100 to 590.180 , or for additional training for peace officers or for training for other law enforcement employees appointed by the county or municipality as approved by the commission.  All interest earned upon moneys in the fund shall be credited to the peace officer standards and training commission fund.
