Text

1.The director may investigate any cause for the discipline of any license or denial of any application pursuant to this chapter.  During the course of such investigation, the director shall have the power to inspect any training center, require by subpoena the attendance and sworn deposition of any witness and the production of any documents, records, or evidence that the director deems relevant.  Subpoenas shall be served by a person authorized to serve subpoenas of courts of record.  In lieu of the production of any document or record, the director may require that a sworn copy of such document or record be delivered to the director.
