Text

The circuit attorney of the City of St. Louis shall manage and conduct all criminal cases, business and proceedings of which the circuit court of the city of St. Louis shall have jurisdiction.  He shall appear for the state in all misdemeanor cases appealed from the circuit court of the City of St. Louis to the court of appeals.
