Text
Judges shall solicit applications and proposals in accordance with provisions of chapter 34 on bids and requests for proposals. The minimum length of any probation services contract entered into by either associate circuit or municipal judges shall be three years. However, the judges shall have the right to terminate the contract for cause prior to its expiration date.
