Text
All sales of real estate by such commissioner, or any sheriff, shall be at the courthouse door, and in term time of the circuit court or county commission, as may be directed by the order of the court; provided, that in all cities in this state now or hereafter containing one hundred thousand inhabitants or more, such sales shall be on the floor of the real estate exchange or at the courthouse door, as may be directed by the order of the court.
