Text
The commissioners appointed in pursuance of this chapter shall be entitled to receive for every day they shall be employed in effecting such division such sum or compensation as may be determined and fixed by the court; and the chainmen and markers, aiding in any survey authorized by this chapter, shall be entitled to receive for their services such sum or compensation as may be fixed by the court, which sum or compensation shall be reported by the commissioners and taxed and collected as other costs.
