Text
In case of the death, resignation, neglect or refusal to act, of any of the commissioners appointed by virtue of this chapter, before the duties, trust and services hereby required of them shall be completed, the court, or judge thereof in vacation, may appoint another commissioner or commissioners, who shall be vested with the like power and authority as if he or they had been originally appointed.
