The notice of garnishment and the writ of sequestration shall contain only the last four digits of the federal taxpayer identification number, when available, on the judgment debtor. When the last four digits of the federal taxpayer identification number is omitted from the notice of garnishment or the writ of sequestration, the garnishee shall not be held liable for withholding from the incorrect debtor by the creditor garnishing the funds.
