Text

The motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and the motion in arrest of judgment are hereby abolished and the objections which were heretofore made on such motions may be raised in a motion for a new trial or upon motion filed at the same time as is required for motion for a new trial, praying for appropriate relief in the premises.
