Text

Copies of all papers on file in the office of the secretary of state, state treasurer, state auditor and register of lands, or of any matter recorded in either of said offices, certified under the seal of the respective offices, shall be evidence in all courts of this state.

(RSMo 1939 § 1821) Prior revisions: 1929 § 1657; 1919 § 5344; 1909 § 6289 (1959) Sections 490.180 and 490.190 do not deal with records of the department of revenue, and in any event, the original records of such agency are admissible although not certified.  State v. Ferrara (Mo.), 320 S.W.2d 540.
