Text

1.  Records containing the information required by subdivision (7) of subsection 1 of section 486.630 shall be used by the secretary and his or her designated employees only for the purpose of performing official duties provided for in this chapter and shall not be disclosed to any person other than:

(1)A government agent acting in an official capacity and duly authorized to obtain such information;
(2)A person authorized by court order; or
(3)The applicant or the applicant's duly authorized agent. 2.  Records containing the information required by subdivision (7) of subsection 1 of section 486.630 shall be a closed record as defined in chapter 610 and subject to redaction as required in chapter 610 .
