Text
1.Every application for a notary commission shall be made in a paper or electronic format established by the secretary and shall include all information required by section 486.630 and any other information as the secretary may deem appropriate.
2.A current or former notary applying for a new notary commission shall submit a new completed application and comply anew with all of the provisions of this section and sections 486.605 and 486.615 .
