Text
All books, both bound and unbound, and matrices covering the reports of the supreme court and the court of appeals heretofore published and which are in the custody of the supreme court, shall remain in the custody of the supreme court for the purpose of sale or replacement, and the supreme court may fix the price at which the prior official reports of the supreme court and the court of appeals are to be sold to the public and may replace any lost or destroyed books free of cost where such books were originally distributed free of cost. The supreme court may authorize the reprinting of any prior volumes, the replacement supply of which has become exhausted or insufficient. The supreme court may also contract for the storage of such books and to sell, give away, destroy or otherwise dispo
