Text

The retirement compensation shall be equal to fifty percent of the compensation  which was in effect, at the time of the judge's termination of employment as a judge for the highest judicial position that the judge ever held on a full-time basis.  Retirement compensation shall be paid to the retired judge monthly during the remainder of the judge's life.
