Text
1.It shall be the duty of said judicial conference and its executive council to study the organization, rules, methods of procedure, and practice of the judicial system of this state, the work accomplished, and the results produced by that system in its various parts and judicial tribunals; the problems of administration confronting the courts and the judicial system in general.
2.It shall be the duty of the presiding judge of each circuit, of the chief justice of the supreme court and of the chief judge of each district of the court of appeals to prepare and submit to the executive council, at such times and in such form as may be specified by rules of the conference, reports setting forth the condition of the docket and the business dispatched and pending in his court or the courts
