Text
There is hereby established "The Judicial Conference of the State of Missouri". The conference shall consist of the judges of the supreme court and of the court of appeals, the circuit judges, associate circuit judges, family court commissioners, the commissioners of the juvenile division of the circuit courts, and all judges and commissioners who have retired under any of the provisions of sections 476.450 to 476.595 heretofore or hereafter in effect. The chief justice of the supreme court, or in his absence the vice president elected by the executive council, shall be the presiding officer.
