Text
1.An individual may create a certified paper copy of an electronic will by affirming under penalty of perjury that a paper copy of the electronic will is a complete, true, and accurate copy of the electronic will. If the electronic will is made self-proving, the certified paper copy of the will shall include a self-proving affidavit as provided in sections 474.337 or 474.550 .
2.If a provision of law or rule of procedure requires a will to be presented or retained in its original form or provides legal consequences for the information not being presented or retained in its original form, that provision or rule shall be satisfied by a certified paper copy of an electronic will.
