Text
1.A copy of a judicial order and other documents on file with the court which are transmitted, whether transmitted by facsimile or other electronic means, to the division shall be rebuttably presumed to be true and correct copies of the original document, and may be offered into evidence without authentication or verification in any hearing or proceeding pursuant to this chapter.
2.A person contesting the authenticity of the document may rebut the presumption with a certified copy. The clerk shall furnish the division with certified copies upon request and without charge.
