The division shall use high-volume automated administrative enforcement, to the same extent as used in intrastate cases, in response to a request made by another state child support agency to enforce a support order and promptly report the results to the requesting state.  If the division provides assistance to another state in such a case, neither this state nor the requesting state shall consider the case to be transferred to its caseload, but the division may establish a corresponding case based on such other state's request for assistance.  The division shall maintain records of the number of such interstate requests for assistance, the number of cases for which support was collected and the amounts of such collections.  The division is authorized to transmit to another state, by elect
