Text

1.  Sections 452.850 to 452.915 may be invoked to enforce:

(1)A child custody determination; and
(2)An order for the return of the child made under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. 2.  A court of this state which does not have jurisdiction to modify a child custody determination may issue a temporary order enforcing:
(1)A visitation schedule made by a court of another state; or
(2)The visitation provisions of a child custody determination of another state that does not provide for a specific visitation schedule. 3.  If a court of this state makes an order under subdivision (2) of subsection 2 of this section, the court shall specify in the order a period of time which it considers adequate to allow the person seeking the order to obt
