Text
The facts adduced at any educational session resulting from a referral pursuant to the provisions of sections 452.600 to 452.610 shall not be considered in the adjudication of a pending or subsequent judicial proceeding, nor shall any report resulting from such educational session, except a certification for completion of the session, become part of the record of any judicial proceeding unless the parties have stipulated in writing to the contrary.
