Text
The court may also, upon the petition of such person, authorize any person holding money or other personal estate to which the spouse is entitled in his or her right to pay and deliver the same to the petitioner, and may authorize him or her to give a discharge for the same, which discharge shall be as valid as if made by the spouse.
