Text
The court shall grant the organization's petition if the court finds that the conditions alleged by the plaintiff as specified in section 447.622 existed at the time the verified petition was filed in the circuit court, that the plan for the rehabilitation of the property submitted to the court by the plaintiff is feasible, and defendant has failed to demonstrate that the plaintiff should not be allowed to rehabilitate the property.
