Text

1.  The treasurer may enter into reciprocal agreements with other states to provide information needed to determine what abandoned property such states may be entitled to escheat if such other states or officials thereof agree to provide this state with information needed to enable this state to determine what abandoned property it may be entitled to escheat. 2.  At the request of another state, the attorney general of this state may bring an action in the name of the other state, in any court of appropriate jurisdiction within this state, to enforce the abandoned property laws of the other state against a holder in this state of property subject to escheat by the other state if:

(1)The courts of the other state cannot obtain jurisdiction over the holder;
(2)The other state has agre
