Text

1.Any claimant aggrieved by a decision of the treasurer or as to whose claim the treasurer has failed to act within ninety days after the filing of a claim shall be entitled to a hearing under the provisions of chapter 536 , and the proceedings instituted by him shall be deemed a contested case under chapter 536 .
2.Any holder who has filed a report under section 447.539 aggrieved by a decision of the treasurer shall be entitled to a hearing under the provisions of chapter 536 , and the proceedings instituted by such holder shall be deemed a contested case under chapter 536 .
