Text
Any person who violates any provision of sections 443.805 to 443.812 is guilty of a class D felony. In addition, in any contested case proceeding, the director or board may assess a civil penalty of up to twenty-five thousand dollars per violation for any violation of any of the provisions of sections 443.701 to 443.893 .
