§ 443.810 — Penalty for violations.
Missouri·Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY·Ch. 443 Mortgages, Deeds of Trust and Mortgage Brokers
Any person who violates any provision of sections 443.805 to 443.812 is guilty of a class D felony. In addition, in any contested case proceeding, the director or board may assess a civil penalty of up to twenty-five thousand dollars per violation for any violation of any of the provisions of sections 443.701 to 443.893 .
