Text
Any two or more persons having filed in the clerk's office mechanics' liens may assign to each other or to any other person all their right, title and interest in and to such mechanics' liens, and the assignee thereof may bring suit in his name and enforce all such assigned liens as fully as if the same had not been assigned.
