Text

Any person who shall display on a motor vehicle the emblem or insignia of any automobile or motor vehicle club, association or other organization when he is not a member thereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than two years or by both said fine and imprisonment.
