Text
1.The state courts are vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforce, and to prevent and restrain any person from violating, any provision of sections 414.500 to 414.590 or any regulation promulgated pursuant to sections 414.500 to 414.590 . The facts relating to any civil action that may be brought under sections 414.500 to 414.590 shall be referred to the attorney general for appropriate action, except that nothing shall be construed as requiring the director to refer to the attorney general violations of sections 414.500 to 414.590 whenever the director believes that the administration and enforcement of the regulations would be adequately served by administrative action under subsection 2 of this section or suitable written notice or warning to any person committing the violation
