All contracts or agreements originally subject to sections 408.450 to 408.470 , existing on August 28, 2003, shall remain subject to the provisions of sections 408.140 , 408.150 , 408.160 and 408.550 to 408.562 , even if the contract or agreement is converted into another form of credit.
