Text
Any person, firm, or corporation who or which shall violate the provisions of sections 408.100 to 408.241 and any member, officer, director, agent or employee of such person, firm or corporation who shall participate in such violation shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor, except where such violation occurred either:
(1)As a result of an accidental and bona fide error of computation; or
(2)As a result of any acts done or omitted in reliance on a written interpretation of sections 408.231 to 408.241 by the division of finance. Section 408.095 shall not apply to a loan which complies with sections 408.100 to 408.241 .
