Text

1.Sections 404.400 to 404.650 shall be applied and construed to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of sections 404.400 to 404.650 among states enacting a similar law.
2.Sections 404.400 to 404.650 shall not be construed as providing an exclusive method of placing property in the custody of another person or transferring property to an incapacitated person.
