Text

When a personal custodianship has been established for a beneficiary, the court may authorize the personal custodian to accept and receive into the personal custodianship any additional property that belongs to a beneficiary who is or has become incapacitated, with or without bond and with or without court supervision, upon such terms and conditions as the court may require.
