1. There shall be charged and collected for:

(1)Filing articles of incorporation, ten dollars;

(2)Filing articles of amendment, one dollar;

(3)Filing articles of consolidation or merger, ten dollars;

(4)Filing articles of conversion, ten dollars;

(5)Filing certificate of election to dissolve, one dollar;

(6)Filing articles of dissolution, two dollars; and

(7)Filing certificate of change of principal office, two dollars. 2. All fees shall be made payable to and collected by the state director of revenue. 3. Fees mandated in subdivision (1) of subsection 1 of this section shall be waived if an initial member of the cooperative is a member of the Missouri National Guard or any other active duty military, resides in the state of Missouri, and provides proof of such se
