Text
Any and all rights to utilize any strata or formations, underlying any land, for the underground storage of gas, which are acquired by any gas storage company by condemnation pursuant to section 393.430 or by proceeding as in cases of condemnation pursuant to section 393.420 , shall be subject to the right of the owner of such land or of other rights or interests therein, to drill, bore or sink shafts through such strata or formations, for the purpose of exploring for or recovering oil, gas or other minerals from other strata or formations, in such manner as will not hamper or impair the operation of the gas storage reservoir, or result in the pollution of gas stored therein, or permit the escape of any gas therefrom.
