In case the lands sought to be condemned pursuant to sections 393.410 to 393.510 are held by any corporation, the right to condemn the same pursuant to sections 393.410 to 393.510 shall be limited to such use as shall not materially interfere with the public uses to which, by law, such corporation is authorized to put said lands.
