Text
1.The provisions of sections 389.700 to 389.730 shall apply to any common carrier or carriers, their officers, agents and employees, engaged in the transportation of passengers or property by railroad operating in whole or in part in the state of Missouri.
2.The term "railroad" as used in this law shall include all bridge and ferry companies, terminal and switching companies used or operated in connection with any railroad, light rail or railway operating in this state.
