As used in sections 382.600 to 382.640 , the following terms shall mean:

(1)"Corporate governance annual disclosure" or "CGAD" , a confidential report filed by the insurer or insurance group made in accordance with the requirements of sections 382.600 to 382.640 ;

(2)"Director" , the director of the department of commerce and insurance, his or her deputies, or the department of commerce and insurance, as applicable;

(3)"Insurance group" , those insurers and affiliates included within an insurance holding company system as defined in section 382.010 ;

(4)"Insurer" , an insurance company as defined in section 375.012 ; except that it shall not include agencies, authorities, or instrumentalities of the United States, its possessions and territories, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, th

As used in sections 382.600 to 382.640 , the following terms shall mean:
