Text

The director may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 536 for the implementation and administration of sections 379.930 to 379.952 and section 374.184 .  No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024 .
