Text

Nothing in sections 379.1850 to 379.1869 shall be construed to allow an insurance producer or an insurer solely underwriting lender-placed insurance to circumvent the requirements set forth within those sections.  Any part of any requirements, limitations, or exclusions provided in sections 379.1850 to 379.1869 shall apply in any part to any insurer or insurance producer involved in lender-placed insurance.
